What is a patient portal?

A patient portal is a website that gives you 24/7 access to your medical records from your computer or phone. After you set up your account, you can use this tool to view test results, pay your bill, communicate with your providers, and more.

Prescription refills

If you need to refill a prescription medication, call your pharmacy. The pharmacy will then send us your refill request. It may take up to three business days before your prescription refill is ready, so call the pharmacy several days before your medicine runs out.

How long does it take to see results of a caregiver's note?

View your results and caregiver notes within a couple of days of the appointment.

Can you get tested in Monterey County?

Monterey County residents can now access free testing at sites run by the state. Testing is open to all community members. The testing sites were chosen by the state based on locations with an increased prevalence of COVID-19 cases. You can be tested even if you do not have symptoms. What is Montage Medical Group?

Montage Medical Group, formerly called Peninsula Primary Care, launched as a nonprofit, public service physician group in 2009. It focused on addressing the shortage of primary care doctors on the Monterey Peninsula.

When did Montage Medical Group change its name?

In 2016, Peninsula Primary Care joined the Montage Health family and changed its name to Montage Medical Group.

What is Central Coast Health Connect?

Central Coast Health Connect (CCHC) is an established community electronic health information exchange between Montage Health, Natividad Medical Center, and Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System. If you have a community Health Information Exchange (HIE) account through CCHC, you can view test results and other parts of your electronic health record.

When will I get my medical records?

After you submit your request form , expect a Community Hospital staff member to contact you to let you know when your records will be ready.

What is a community hospital bill?

Your bill from Community Hospital is only for the services you received plus fees for our hospital-based doctors (such as radiologists, radiation oncologists, Emergency department doctors, Monterey Bay Observation Medicine doctors, pathologists, and behavioral health doctors). All other doctors or providers who treated you at our facilities (such as surgeons, private doctors, outside reference labs, or other providers) will send a separate bill.
