Access your patient portal account through the email sent to your inbox the first time. After this, you’ll access your account through health.eclinicalworks.com/bpc. Your user name will be your email address which you supplied to our office.Your temporary password or pin is the one printed on the sheet we provided to you from our office.

How do I contact the patient portal at BBPC?

BPC personally informs patients by phone only if an abnormal lab or test result is found. Patients are always welcome to call with questions about lab and test results. For your convenience, a phone nurse is available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4 pm. Access your patient portal account through the email sent to your inbox the first time.

Billing

Paying medical bills can be difficult and stressful. We would like to make this as easy as possible for you, with friendly staff that is willing to help you arrange a payment plan.

The Dining Room is open 7:00 am – 7:00 pm daily for drinks and snacks.

For your safety, we have trained security staff available 24/7, well-lit parking lots, secured entrances, and video surveillance cameras.

Interpreters

Interpreter services are available for non-English or limited English speaking patients of Monroe Hospital and Monroe Primary Care offices.
