What is the new patient portal for Minnesota oncology?

Minnesota Oncology will be implementing a new patient portal beginning on Monday, August 10, 2020. We are pleased to provide this new and improved portal to our patients from Navigating Care, the same company that provides the HealthTracker app we implemented recently for remote side effect and symptom management.

Does Minnesota oncology accept cash as payment?

Minnesota Oncology will no longer be accepting cash as payment. Patient balance payments for dates of service prior to 12/01/21, will no longer be collected at the front desk. We will continue to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as eCheck payments.

To send and receive messages through the Message Center: Log in to My Care Plus www.MyCarePlusOnline.com. Click the Message Center link. To send a message: Click Compose Message from the menu. Select your doctor, enter your subject and message, and click Send. To view and reply to your received messages: Click the Inbox link.

My Care Plus Secure Messaging will enable registered patients to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about their health. secure messaging provides Minnesota Oncology patients with secure online access to their health records and helps make it possible for their healthcare provider to better manage their care with the use of secure messaging services.
