How do I Contact Mission Health Service Desk?

Your records are available through the portal for visits made after Mar. 27, 2014. If you need a copy of previous records, you can obtain copies from the hospital. For more information, you may call Health Information Management at 828-213-0636.

The Patient Portal is a free service offered to Mission Health patients.

Can a proxy see my medical records?

When you give another person proxy to your medical records in the Portal , this person can see the same records that you see in the Portal. The proxy has the same viewing rights as you do.

What does Mission Health do after an online interview?

Once you are done with the online interview, a board certified Mission Health provider will review your symptoms and develop a treatment plan unique to you.

How long does it take to get a response from Mission?

You can complete an online written interview anytime and receive a response within one hour. You can even complete it in the middle of the night and receive a response from 7-8 am the following morning.

Does Mission Virtual Clinic have a zip ticket?

You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments or follow-up visits you may need. How much does a virtual clinic cost?

A Mission Virtual Clinic consultation costs $25, payable online by any major credit card. It is $25 regardless of the insurance you have, or even if you do not have insurance.

Can you walk in to Mission Virtual Clinic?

Mission Virtual Clinic patients can select the nearest ZipTicket location, walk in without an appointment and complete rapid testing with minimal wait time.

What do you need to bring to pick up medical records?

Include on authorization the delivery method, either mail or in person. If you are picking up medical records, you must provide a government-issued photo ID.

Can you get a copy of your medical records at Mission Health?

At Mission Health, we make it a priority for you to easily obtain a copy of your complete medical records , as well as the ability to amend patient information.

Is Mission Health responsible for delays?

Mission Health is not responsible for delays due to requests being sent to wrong locations. Print, complete and send the Medical Records Release Form above to the physician practice that you would like medical records from.
