What time does Mission Virtual Clinic open?

The Mission Virtual Clinic (MVC) is open from 7 am-7 pm. If you access the MVC after 7 pm, you will still be allowed to complete the virtual visit; however, you won’t receive a provider response until after 7 am the next day. Start your Mission Virtual Clinic Visit.

You can connect to a video visit by simply using your existing mobile device or computer. What is a video visit?

Video visits are a real-time interaction with a healthcare provider by video from the comfort and safety of your own home. All major insurances are accepted for a video visit and you are only responsible for your copay amount. Video Visits are risk-free.

What to do if you have a heart attack and feel you are in danger?

Start an online visit only if you are not at risk and in a safe location! If you have symptoms of heart attack or stroke, or feel that you’re in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room (ER ) immediately.

Is telehealth the same as in person?

Telehealth visits cost the same as in-person visits and are covered by insurance.

How long does it take for HIM to respond to an amendment request?

The HIM Department will respond to the amendment request within 60 days of rece ipt. If a response cannot be provided within 60 days , you will be notified of the need for a 30-day extension.

Is Mission Health responsible for delays?

Mission Health is not responsible for delays due to requests being sent to wrong locations. Print, complete and send the Medical Records Release Form above to the physician practice that you would like medical records from.
