Our new electronic health record system offers a new and improved patient portal called MyChart. This portal allows patients to view test results, pay bills, schedule your next appointment, request medication renewals, and view medical information from anywhere.
First, please contact a Milan Eye Center representative at 678.381.2020. Our team member will set up the patient profile in our system, and provide you with a “Patient Portal Key.” The following steps will help you set up your account.

There is a “Forgot Password” option in the bottom right corner of the Patient Portal login screen . You can select this button, input your information, and answer your security question to gain access to your account. From there, you will update your password.
Login to your patient portal. When there is a message you will see a red notification next to the “Practice Messages” tab. Click this to view the message.
Your message will go to a team member at Milan Eye Center. They will address your needs and respond through the Patient Portal. Please allow two business days for a team member to respond to your request.
