When did Parkview Health stop using Mid Coast?

On November 6, Mid Coast–Parkview Health discontinued use of the Mid Coast Medical Group Patient Portal and the Mid Coast Hospital Patient Portal. The types of data contained in these portals is now accessible via MyChart.
