The MyUofMHealth patient portal is a convenient way to manage your health information online. Connecting to the portal gives you access to your medical care when and where it’s convenient for you—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Where can I get my medical records online?
You must specify if you would like to grant the adult proxy full information access or limited information (immunizations, allergies and secure messaging only) access to your portal information. When your appointment is confirmed
Confirm that you can log in to your MyUofMHealth Patient Portal account and that Zoom is installed on your computer or mobile device 2–3 days before your appointment. Ideally you should do this at least 2–3 days before your appointment, or as soon as possible if you are scheduled for a same-day appointment.
The day of your appointment
You can login to your visit no sooner than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Please allow more time to complete eCheck-In and any required clinic questionnaires in advance of your appointment.
