Account Management Services are about managing your accounts remotely, without using the SAASPASS Admin Portal. Depending on its functionality, a service might have ‘application-scope’ or company-scope.
The primary Authentication for Extranet is FORMS and Intranet is Windows Authentication. We have added a set of 20 pilot users to the users needing MFA. It has also been set in Locations under "Multi Factor Tab" that MFA is required only from EXTRANET locations.
The services of these two different types also have a different scope. The authentication services/application integration services has the application-scope (called for a specific application), while the account management services has the company-scope (called for the company in general, not specific for any application).
The SAASPASS Connect (Login with SAASPASS) button allows users of your web application or website to log in by clicking on the SAASPASS Connect button in order to trigger and start the seamless SAASPASS authentication process. By adding the ready code to expedite the process of safeguarding your employees and/or users that may take less than 10 minutes.

Patients who wish to participate will be issued a MyChart activation code during their clinic visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. If you were not issued an activation code, ask to sign up during your next office visit or sign up online.

Please call the MyChart Patient Help Desk at (202) 741-3110 to have your providers added to MyChart. Once the providers are added to MyChart, you’ll be able to send them medical advice requests.
