Insurances Accepted

Our accepted insurances are listed below. If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us to verify acceptance.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to keep your appointment, please notify our office. We appreciate a 24 hour notice, if possible. There is a $25.00 no-show fee charged to patients who do not provide notice of cancellation.

Bill Payment

Payment of co-pays and non-covered services are due at the time of service. You will receive a statement from us showing your balance, after insurance payments, on a monthly basis. Payment is due within 30 days after the billing date. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Christina Daris, DO

Dr. Daris is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and provides comprehensive women’s healthcare from adolescence to menopause. In her free time, she enjoys running, working in her garden, and spending time with her dogs.

Paul Hakim, MD

Dr. Hakim provides a complete spectrum of health care services to meet the unique needs of women. His specialties include robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgery techniques. Smaller incisions and shorter hospitalizations translate into shorter and less painful recovery periods for his patients.

Helene Lacoste, MD

Dr. Lacoste specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, the care of women during pregnancy, and the treatment of diseases that affect women’s reproductive systems.

Soheyla Pezeshki, MD

Dr. Pezeshki loves providing optimal health care services to patients from all ethnicities, whether in the office, the operating room, or the hospital. Nothing fulfills her more than seeing a mother hold her healthy newborn for the very first time.

Jeannette Thai, MD

Dr. Thai provides exceptional care by listening and having an open dialogue. Her patients are treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She is able to offer the latest medical information and innovative technologies. Dr. Thai promotes healthy living from adolescence to menopause.
