The Patient Portal allows you to take charge of managing your health. Use the search function below to access the correct Patient Portal. Type your provider's name or the name of the location where you receive care. Once you see the name, click on it. An "ACCESS PATIENT PORTAL" button will populate. Click that button to reach your Patient Portal.

Can a child enroll in a hospital after 18?

No, after an enrolled child turns 18, the child’s information automatically drops off the parent’s patient portal account. The child will need to enroll as an adult by signing up in person, with photo ID, at his or her care provider’s office.

Is self enrollment available for dependents?

Note: Self-enrollment is not currently available for dependent children. If you are a parent or manage the health of a minor, talk to the child's provider during the next visit to receive an invitation to the portal. Talk with your Methodist provider or clinic staff about enrolling.

Transition of Care: Immediately. Content in the transition of care/summary of care isvisible to patients once the data has been delivered fromMEDITECH, which may be immediately after finalization in MEDITECH or upon discharge

How can my patients access MyHealth One?

Your patients can create an account today at www.SAHealth.com/MyHealthOne. They do not have to be an inpatient at our hospitals.
