Can a child enroll in a hospital after 18?

No, after an enrolled child turns 18, the child’s information automatically drops off the parent’s patient portal account. The child will need to enroll as an adult by signing up in person, with photo ID, at his or her care provider’s office.

Is self enrollment available for dependents?

Note: Self-enrollment is not currently available for dependent children. If you are a parent or manage the health of a minor, talk to the child's provider during the next visit to receive an invitation to the portal. Talk with your Methodist provider or clinic staff about enrolling.

Waiting while in pain

I arrived to this hospital at noon. Leg was swollen so bad I couldn’t even walk on it. I waited for 5 hours to get pain management and still they stuck me in a bed in a hallway in a corner and left me there TWO MORE HOURS while I cried from the pain. I finally ripped out the IV and just left.

Was very disappointed by the nursing staff. My wife was not being taken care very well. We took her home this past Wednesday without much help. She is not walking very well. I had to find the things she needed myself.
