Your doctor can also use the portal to contact any other specialists you may see.

How to submit claims for meritain health members?

For 24-hour access to your patient’s health information, log in to your account. If you haven’t created an account, click Register at the top right of this page and follow the prompts. Please have your tax ID number, provider name and address exactly as it appears on the W-9 you submitted along with your NPI and phone number.
