meridianEMR software has a UROAnalytics module that gives providers the ability to examine patients’ EHR data for trends and outcomes. It can further be compared to regional and national meridianEMR network of providers. The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software also has a native iPhone and iPad application and is also Mac-compatible.

How do I login to the patient portal?

The Patient Portal is an easy and convenient way for you to contact our office at any time. The first step is to click on the following link to our Patient Portal: The portal requires you to have a unique User ID and Password. Our office will enter your name as the User ID and provide a temporary password.

What can I do when I login to the portal?

Upon your first login to the portal, you will be prompted to change your password and set up your security questions to protect your privacy. Patients can send general messages to the office including questions, problems and/or concerns.
