Meridian Health Plan is a Medicaid managed care plan that partners with the State of Illinois to provide services for beneficiaries of the State of Illinois Medicaid program, Integrated Care Program (ICP), and those in the Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program.
What is Meridian Complete?
Meridian Complete is a Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) for people eligible for both Medicaid and Medicare. Meridian Complete is Meridian’s partnership with the MI Health Link program. MI Health Link is a program that will allow you to get health care and services covered by Medicare and Medicaid. MI Health Link lets you use one plan and one card for health care, behavioral health care, home and community-based services, nursing home care and medications.
