Currently, Mercy Health only offers testing for patients who have a Mercy Health primary care provider (PCP). For more information please call 866-624-0366. How to sign up for MyChart?

There are three easy ways to sign up for MyChart: 1 Register online - You may have been given a 10-digit activation code at your last doctor's appointment. If so, click here to register online. No need to worry if you don't have an activation code. You can still register for MyChart by providing a little bit of information about yourself. Click here to register without an activation code. 2 Register at your provider's office - It's quick and easy to set up an account at your health care provider’s office during your next appointment. 3 Register by phone - Prefer to register for my chart by phone? Simply call the Mercy Health MyChart help desk at 844-552-4278. Please note, COVID-19 Vaccine scheduling is not available through the MyChart Help Desk.

How long does it take for insurance to pay?

Your insurance company has 60 days to respond with payment. If there is a remaining balance after this time, the amount becomes your responsibility. Balances 90 days past due are subject to collection agency action unless prior arrangements are made.

Is Mercy Health Financial Assistance billed separately?

Services provided by Mercy Health Physician Partners (MHPP) are billed separately, but are covered by Mercy Health Financial Assistance. If you have questions about your bill or want to apply for financial assistance, please contact Patient Business Services – Kentwood (PBS-K) Customer Service toll free at 1-888-777-6433.

Does Mercy Health pay Medicare?

Mercy Health participates with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan and many other insurance payers . It is up to you to make sure you complete any claim forms and provide your insurance carrier with any information they may need to cover your claim. We bill your insurance company directly, according to the information provided when you received care. Your insurance company has 60 days to respond with payment.
