To pay your bill by mail, you can send payments to the address included on your billing statement. Mail check or money order (made payable to Mercy) along with the tear-off form on the front of the statement. What is My Portal (Patient Portal)?#N#My Portal (Patient Portal) is a website that allows you a convenient and secure way to view portions of your medical records and in some locations communicate with participating provider’s health care team. Within your My Portal account, you will be able to do the following:

Registration

If you are a patient who has not previously had a mystlukes portal account and you want to learn how to set up your account.

Self-Enrollment

If you are over the age of 18 and your email address has previously been provided to us, and is stored in our system, or if you have a medical record number (MRN) from our new EMR system (after 10/01/2018).
