My Portal (Patient Portal) is a website that allows you a convenient and secure way to view portions of your medical records and in some locations communicate with participating provider’s health care team. Within your My Portal account, you will be able to do the following:

How many characters are needed to log into MyHealth?

You will need to select a password that has at least 6 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number.

What browser can I use to view my health?

An internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari). Please note when using Internet Explorer you can view MyHealth using Internet Explorer versions 6, 7 or 8, for the optimal experience, we recommend using version 9 and above.

What does it mean when you see an L next to your lab results?

If you see an “L” next to your lab result, this means your result is below the range of normal. If you see an “H”, this means your result is above the range of normal. For more information about what this means, please contact your healthcare provider.

How many characters are required for a password?

You will need to select a password that has at least 6 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number. If you have included an email address you can have the ability to reset your password at a later time through the reset password feature located on the login page.

Can you contact Trinity Health for username and password?

Our team will never contact you for your username and password. If you received a phone call from anyone asking for your MyHealth username and password, please contact the MyHealth Support team immediately at MyHealth@trinity-health.org

Does MyHealth cache web pages?

In addition, all your health information is encrypted; which means you are the only one who can view it. Finally, MyHealth does not cache web pages; which means that no health information is getting saved on your computer.

Is MyHealth a secure website?

Yes, MyHealth is a secure website. We have put numerous checkpoints in place to ensure that you are the only one who can view your health information in MyHealth. For example, you are required to setup a username and password before you can log in.
