When you activate your personal HEALTHeChart account, you will be asked to provide your email address so that you can receive email notification to log on to your secure HEALTHeChart account whenever new information has been made available. Any confidential patient information transmitted from your Mercy health care team will be located in secure messages that you will see only after you have logged into your secure HEALTHeChart account.

A: Only you – or a person of your choosing – can access your HEALTHeChart .
