MyMemorialHealth coordinates patient hospital visit reports, labs, physician notes and care plan all in one convenient and secure online portal. If you haven't enrolled in the new portal, this should take just few minutes and give patients easy access to their health information 24/7.

How to get started

You should have received portal information and sign-up instructions during your last YVM hospital visit. You can also enroll and get set up by calling 509.972.1155 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
