We are open weekends and evenings, and walk-ins are welcome. Just walk in or save your spot in line with online check-in.

To access MedStar Health's Patient Portal (for visits beginning December 1, 2020 and after), please visit MyMedStar . If you have questions about accessing either of the Patient Portals, receiving lab results, or retrieving medical records, please call 855-910-3278.

How do I contact MedStar Health Patient feedback?

Asymptomatic patients who visit our Urgent Care sites for testing will have tests sent to an offsite laboratory, which could take 3-5 days to provide results. We encourage you to enroll in the MedStar Health Patient Portal so you have access to your results as soon as they become available. For patient portal support, please call 877-745-5656.

Where is Medstar Urgent Care located?

MedStar Urgent Care serves patients in Murphy, Texas and the surrounding Wylie, Sachse, Plano and Richardson areas under the direction of medical director Syeda Qadri, MD. Dr. Qadri received her medical degree from Dow Medical College and completed her residency in family practice at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Like all of the physicians who work at MedStar Urgent Care, Dr. Qadri is board-certified in family medicine. MedStar Urgent Care is designed for the busy person, with extended hours and seven-day-a-week convenience. The clinic's goal is to provide easily accessible, convenient and affordable care in friendly, comfortable surroundings. No appointment necessary, as patients can simply walk in; the staff does their best to minimize wait times. MedStar Urgent Care provides family medical care, pediatric care, and urgent care services such as the treatment of sprains and strains and urinary tract infections. The clinic also performs sports and school physicals, and a variety of in-house lab tests.
