What is medplusmart?

The Medplus Health 365 Portal Medplus pays for enrolled patients to use the portal as we believe it is a useful tool to help you access all your medical information and to communicate with us.

How to contact MedPlus customer service?

You pay $1,000 to meet your MedPlus deductible but that still leaves a balance owed of $13,250. You will only have to meet your remaining coinsurance share to the additional $1,170 while the supplemental plan pays $4,680 and again the primary plan pays $7,400.

How to access my medical records?

Our convenient portal (named Health365) gives you access to your medical records and can be used for the following: 1 Making appointments on line 2 Reviewing laboratory results 3 Ordering repeat prescriptions, please allow 2 working days (cheaper than via the telephone) 4 Asking your doctor a simple, non urgent, question (a fee applies) 5 Reviewing your immunisation history 6 Reviewing your measurements such as blood pressure, height and weight 7 Reviewing your medical history and classifications 8 Reviewing your doctor's notes from August 1st 2017 onwards 9 Reviewing any correspondence from specialists and the hospital (provided they have been sent to us in the appropriate format)

What is medical note?

Medical notes are often brief and condensed down to the points that the doctor thinks are most clinically relevant. We have spent much time reassuring our doctors that they will not be judged on their grammar, spelling or typos, so please be forgiving!

How do I know if my test results are abnormal?

If your result is abnormal the doctor will make an annotation visible to you in a column to the right. If they require some action to be taken they will make contact with you, normally via the medical assistant or nurse.

Can you repeat a prescription?

If your doctor has indicated that your health condition is stable and that your medications are suited to repeat prescribing you may be able to order repeat prescriptions and see your doctor at a reduced frequency. This is entirely at the determination of your GP who follows strict prescribing protocols.
