At Medical City Weatherford, we're here to help you heal—and to make certain your experience with us is as safe, restful and restorative as possible. However, before you visit us, there are a few things you might want to know about our campus, checking in and making the most of your hospital stay.
Did you know that as a patient, you have a specific set of rights? That our hospital accepts most major insurers (but that you should check our list to make sure yours is among them)? That we offer spiritual counseling and other services? Read on to find out more.
Next to our patients, our patients’ friends and family members are the most important people we know. Spending time with someone who cares during a hospital stay stimulates smiles and lifts spirits—on both sides of the hospital bed. That’s why we encourage visitors to come see us, sit, and stay awhile; it’s a healthy experience for everyone.
Each patient has the right to consent to receive the visitors they designate, including but not limited to a spouse, a domestic partner (including a same sex domestic partner), another family member, or a friend. The patient may withdraw consent to receive any visitor at any time.
