What is the goal of the START Center for Cancer Care?

The START Center Pharmacists have the luxury of medical records access and a close working relationship with the START Center physicians to provide the highest level of care quickly and efficiently.

Can you pick up your medication after an appointment?

Unfortunately, with a disease like cancer, chances are that your medicine cabinet is going to get a little bit more robust. The last thing you’re going to want to do is run around town after each appointment, trying to locate your different medications. Having a pharmacy on-site so you can pick up your medication immediately after your appointment will smooth out some stress in your life and the lives of your family. With our automated services like auto-refill and reminder calls, you will not have to worry about ever missing your medication. Staying on track and on top of your medications is the best way to feel better. Every medication, prescription or over-the-counter, in our pharmacy goes through rigorous quality controls to ensure you’re getting exactly what the doctor ordered.

Medical Records

Medical records are confidential and are protected by state and federal laws. Although the medical record is the property of San Antonio Regional Hospital, the patient has the right to access information contained in their medical record.

Birth Certificates

You may obtain a birth certificate by submitting an application at the San Bernardino County Recorder Hall of Records, 222 W. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0022. The Hall of Records is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; closed weekends and holidays.

Radiology Imaging

If you would like a copy of your radiology studies, you can request a copy following the same process as above. Copies of radiology images are provided by the Health Information Management Department at the main hospital. Please complete the authorization form and send to the Health Information Management Department.
