Commonwealth Financial Resources (CFR) handles billing for Med Center Health. CFR’s Customer Service Representatives are happy to help you understand the billing process and meet your financial obligations. If you do not have a user ID or password, please visit RMC's Patient Registration department (Patient Registration Entrance) or call 803-395-2901 or visit your RMC medical practice to request online access to your patient record. You will need to present a picture ID and a valid e-mail address to receive a user ID.
