Yes, however McLeod will need consent from the spouse and/or child (if the child is 16 years or older). If a patient is 16 or older and incapacitated, a guardian will need to fax or email a power of attorney (POA) or letter of legal guardianship to our Patient Portal Admin to gain access to that patient’s portal information.
Patients CAN use the same credentials and have accounts with different facilities. If the patient is getting this message, they need to login with the password for the existing account and they will still be able to get connected. They can complete a password reset if they are unsure of the password.
