What time does a hospital visit?

General Visiting Hours. 8:30 am - 8:00 pm. Hospitalized patients need the support of family and friends. A positive visitor experience can help raise patient's spirits, a key to recovery. Following these guidelines can make these visits even more effective, safer, and more worthwhile for you and the patient.

How many visitors can be in a patient room?

No more than two visitors may be in a patient room at any given time. Visitor guidelines are subject to change in order to meet health, safety, or other emergency needs. Any and all such changes will be clearly communicated to visitors at the Information Desk.

Your Medical Records

A complete inpatient, outpatient surgery or emergency record of each patient's care, treatment and progress is kept in the Medical Records Department.

McLaren Bay Region and McLaren Bay Special Care

Pay in Person: Cashier office hours Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Admitting can take payments during cashier off hours.

McLaren Central Michigan

The cashier's office is currently only open 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

ENROLL ONLINe

Once your name, social security number, date of birth and email is on record in the current medical record system (launched November 2018), you may self-enroll if you are 14 years of age or older. To start the self-enrollment process, click here .

ENROLL at your next visit

At the time of registration, you will be asked if you would like to enroll in the portal and a registration staff member will complete the first step for enrollment, asking you to provide basic demographic information and the answer to a challenge question (e.g. mother’s maiden name).
