A Medicare Supplement plan works with Original Medicare coverage, and depending on the plan, covers all or a part of your Medicare deductibles and coinsurances. A Supplement plan, also referred to as Medigap coverage, is health care coverage that is in addition to Original Medicare.
Fully-Insured Plans. Fully-insured health plans are the more traditional way to structure an employer-sponsored health plan. With a fully-insured health plan, the company pays a premium to the insurance carrier. The premium rates are fixed for a year, based on the number of employees enrolled in the plan each month.

Tax credit may be available to qualified individuals who purchase their plans on the Marketplace. McLaren Health Plan offers plans on the Marketplace. An HRA is required for every McLaren Health Plan Healthy Michigan member. It is a tool to help you get healthy and stay healthy. Please call McLaren Health Plan at (888) 327-0671 to get your HRA started and sent to your PCP before your first appointment.
Your PCP will also ask you if you are ready to make any changes to improve your health. Your PCP will help you select a healthy behavior goal. As a Healthy Michigan Plan member, it is very important for you to select and achieve your healthy behavior goals.
To ensure payment for eligible services, member eligibility should be verified before rendering care. Members are requested to present their McLaren Health Advantage identification card at each visit.
For most of the services you provide your patients, your office must submit the claim within one (1) year of the Date of Service, including Coordination of Benefits claims.
