Lab results and inpatient reports from June 6, 2016, along with demographic information are on the portal. Messaging with your MDH Medical Group provider is available, as well as appointment requests and drug prescription refill requests.

How do I register for the MDH healthelife portal?

The MDH HealtheLife patient portal is available for patients 18 years of age or older. The portal includes selected patient data collected at MDH starting June 6, 2016. To register for the portal, an email address is required. MDH staff will ask for your email address during registration.
