The McLeod Hospital Patient Portal (Cerner) uses Cerner Health login across all clients so it’s possible you could have an account with a different facility, and it is recognizing that account when attempting to connect to McLeod. Patients CAN use the same credentials and have accounts with different facilities.

OUT-PATIENT PROCEDURES: Patients may have one (1) designated visitor for the duration of their hospital stay. The visitor must remain the same person and accompany the patient from the beginning of their stay.

Patients of the McLeod Cancer Center may have One Visitor. For the protection of our patients, ONLY patients, their ONE Visitor and staff of the Cancer Center are allowed in the McLeod Cancer Center.
Physicians, employees, visitors, and incoming patients arriving for care, testing or moving through the facility are required to wear a facemask while on a McLeod Health campus or in a physician office. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), a facemask must be worn when wearing a face shield.
For patients at end-of-life, the attending physician or Nursing Supervisor, at his or her discretion, can permit additional visitors (greater than two) to see the patient. All visitors will follow the same ID and masking protocols.
The McCloud Healthcare Clinic (MHC) was founded in 2000 to serve the needs of the community of McCloud following the 1998 closure of the McCloud Community Clinic. Local funds were raised to open the clinic, in addition to grant funds awarded by the Redding Medical Center Foundation, North Sierra Rural Health Network and Blue Cross of California.
The McCloud Clinic services include primary care, behavioral health, chiropractic care, massage therapy, podiatry, diabetes treatment, and referrals for specialist care.
Private insurance is accepted, as well as Medi-Cal (Partnership Health Plan) , Medicare and Covered California insurances.

When not in the office, Dr. McCloud enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Cade. Together, they enjoy trying new local restaurants, traveling, going to Astros games, and cooking.
Dr. Casey McCloud is a native Houstonian. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Geology. She attended medical school at University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She continued her training in Dallas and completed residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital.
