What information will be available through the new mybch patient portal?

The majority of information available through the current portal will be available to you through the new MyBCH patient portal. However, some elements of your records, such as the complete history of visits, messages to your care team and notes from your clinic visits, will not be available.

MyMCHC Portal conveniently provides you with easy, online access to portions of your medical records and test results 24-hours a day. MyMCHC Portal is free to use, simple to sign-up for, and is completely secure. Only you and your MCHC care team will have access to your private health information.

How do I invite someone to have proxy access to mybch?

A patient can use MyBCH to invite someone else (friend or family member) to have proxy access to their record. The other person must also have a MyBCH or MyChart account with Epic. In the online portal, this can be found under Your Menu > Share My Record > Friends and family access.

Where can I find the mybch app?

MyBCH is also available within the MyChart app provided by Epic, just search for “MyBCH” or “Boulder Community Health.” Does the MyBCH app have all the same functions as the online portal? The app has nearly all of the same functionality as the online portal.
