How to apply

The program accepts applications twice a year: One fellow begins in October, one fellow begins in April.

Interview process

The selection committee carefully reviews each application. Individuals considered for an appointment are interviewed initially by phone followed by either a phone or in-person interview in Jacksonville, Florida.

Acceptance

Interviews will take place in July and January each year with a final decision for acceptance made each year by Aug. 1 and Feb. 1.
