Most Maury Regional Health entities began using a new electronic medical record system on November 1, 2018. Patients now have a medical record that reflects inpatient and outpatient services received at the following Maury Regional Health entities:
The Patient Portal is stored on a secure server and communications with the server are encrypted. However, be aware that no encryption method can be guaranteed to be unbreachable.
All individuals age 14 and older may establish a personal portal account.
Through our patient portal, Maury Regional Health patients have access to test results and visit summaries as soon as they are available. This may include imaging studies, lab tests, cardiology diagnostic reports and more.

Once your name, social security number, date of birth and email is on record in the current medical record system (launched November 2018), you may self-enroll. To start the self-enrollment process, click here. If you experience difficulty enrolling, your email address in the medical record may not be current.
At the time of registration, you will be asked if you would like to enroll in the portal and a registration staff member will complete the first step for enrollment, asking you to provide basic demographic information and the answer to a challenge question (e.g. mother’s maiden name).

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.

You can reset your own password from the Patient Portal. Click “Forgot Password” at the Logon screen and enter your User ID and email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

FollowMyHealth is your patient portal from Lake Region Healthcare. It provides secure online access to key components of your personal health information, and it's available any time of the day, anywhere you have internet access. There is no cost to you, and registering is quick and simple.
To enroll, you must be 13 years old or older and have an email address on file at Lake Regional Health System. It is recommended that you use a personal email address that’s unique to you and not being used by another person.
Will I be able to download or print my records from the patient portal? Yes, you will be able to print lab results, reports, known allergies, medical history, medications, immunizations, your Health Summary and your demographic information from the portal.
