Everyone should have a physician who is caring and to whom they can relate. Black Doctors USA helps to ensure that as a resource for patients and clinicians alike. The Black Doctors USA TV broadcast is educational, insightful, and up-to-date on healthcare news disparities that impact communities of African descent.
It has been my experience that a number of patients desire care from a health professional who shares some of their cultural experiences and can more personally relate to their health challenges and experiences. Black Doctors USA is a valuable resource for patients in the community, and can be a helpful tool for clinicians as well.
