For your convenience, appointments for all locations can be scheduled by calling 602-978-1500. As a courtesy to other patients, we request office visit cancellations be called into the office at least 24 hours in advance.
Wifi is now available at all Desert West OB/GYN locations. Patients and their guests can access the Internet using their Wifi-enabled laptops or PDAs at no charge. No password is needed!

We have limited the number of people in the office to reduce possibilities for virus exposure. We will be seeing patients in the office by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Before your appointment, you will need to complete and submit any necessary forms electronically via our patient portal . You will receive an email/text prior to your appointment with a link to our patient portal where you can find detailed instructions on the forms you will need.
When you arrive in our parking lot, please text your last name and date of birth to 646-491-2006. A staff member will contact you via telephone and walk you through the check- in process. Make sure you’ve filled out any necessary forms prior to arrival.
In-office screening will include a check of temperature. If your temperature is above 100.3, your visit will be rescheduled and COVID -19 testing will be recommended.
Your mouth and nose must be covered at all times while in the office. You can wear a cloth mask or other facial covering such as a scarf or bandana. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. We will help you with rescheduling your appointment if health conditions prevent you from wearing a face covering at this time.
Please come to your appointments alone. Visitors will be asked to wait in the car except in very limited situations. Talk to your provider about using phone or video to include loved ones in your clinical session.
