1. How do I get access to my Patient Portal?

If you are at least 18 years old and you are a patient in our STD or Tuberculosis clinic, you can sign up for a Patient Portal account in Medical Records. You will need to have a valid photo ID to complete the Portal activation process.

7. I tried to log in to my Patient Portal and it says I am locked out. Can you unlock my account?

The only way to unlock your Patient Portal account is to come in person to the Medical Records Office. You will be required to show a valid picture ID.

8. Is there an app for my phone that I can use?

Yes! Please download the Healow App available on iTunes and Google Play. The Practice Code is HBIJBA.
