Truth

Lack of compassion, they will say you owe money when you don’t, portal test results go missing or not shown at all ( I wasn’t even aware of the patient portal until I made my own discovery), medical assistants rush you off the phone when you have questions or concerns & don’t even return your call with answers, major health problems are explained terribly and you leave uneasy and out of the loop.

I've been a patient for over 14 years. I wouldn't change if you paid me to do so. She is phenomenal.
