How do I obtain medical records for a visit to Malta med?

Malta Med has comprehensive, state-of-the-art medical imaging services right on-site, including Diagnostic X-ray, Low Dose CT Scan, MRI, and Ultrasound. Records can be obtained by signing a request to release information and picking up in person at 6 Medical Park Drive. You may also request via email.

When did Dr Price join family medicine Malta?

She joined Family Medicine of Malta in October of 2016. Dr. Price is a graduate of Cornell University. He attended medical school at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. In 2002, Dr. Price became a Board Certified Family practitioner.
