FollowMyHealth does not store your username and password for these particular providers and your credentials will continue to be maintained by them as well. In compliance with federal patient privacy regulations, all transmitted data is encrypted during this process. The data storage is also encrypted for protection.
How to view your lab and radiology results from your computer: 1. Log in to your account on the FollowMyHealth website. 2. Under the Action Center section, click the link that says results were added to your health record.
Step 1: Log into your account. Step 3: Then, you will see a message at the bottom of the screen that says, “Change Profile Picture?”. You will want to click “Change” there. Step 4: Once you click “Change”, you will get the message about allowing FollowMyHealth® to take pictures and record a video.

Margaret Mary Health has partnered with a company called Cerner Health to offer this service to our patients. With the patient portal, you can manage your health care outside of the traditional office visit with free, confidential, 24-hour access to one centralized location to update and manage your personal health information.

You will receive an email notifying you when new information is available on your portal. This includes information about any visits, lab work, etc. and answers to any questions you have to your physician or other provider.
If during the self-enrollment process your identity cannot be matched to a patient record, you will be notified that you do not qualify for self-enrollment. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Simply contact your provider office and request an invitation to join the patient portal.
