It would be nice if it worked

I always have a problem with video visits, the app constantly kicks me out when I have appointments, which are often and all video visits.

Seriously lacking

E check-in for appointments sounds great, and would be, except it doesn’t actually check you in. I’m still not sure what the intended utility of this feather was supposed to be. You still have to wait in line and wait to check in with staff, which makes that feature a complete waste of time.
