For surgical cases, the physician's office is responsible for obtaining precertification. It is advisable for you to follow up with your doctor to ensure this process has occurred. Failure to have a surgery, test or procedure precertified could result in reduced or denied benefits by the insurance carrier.
Hospital visiting hours are from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. Our visitation policy (effective May 10, 2021) includes: 1 Four visitors per patient for the duration of the patient's stay - allowing two visitors in the hospital at a time 2 E.R. patients are allowed one adult visitor for the duration of the patient's stay 3 No visitors are allowed for COVID-19-positive inpatients, exceptions may be made at end of life with appropriate adherence to safety guidelines 4 Visitors and staff are required to wear face masks at all times while in the hospital
