Previously, Laurel Health patients could access their online patient information through MyKeyCare, a regional patient portal. The Laurel Health Centers recently adopted a new and improved patient care portal called MyUPMC to enhance your user experience.

Click the Patient Portal link in the email, input your temporary credentials and complete the Self Enrollment Questionnaire. Log out and log back in to Patient Portal, this time using your newly created username and password.

Any patient over the age of 18 can sign up for their own MyChart account. A parent or guardian can request Proxy access for a child. Proxy Access request can be made by emailing mychart@primehealthcare.com

The Patient Portal is still available to view your health information prior to July 1, 2015. Any new medical information, after July 1, 2015, can be viewed in the all new MyChart by Prime Healthcare .
