Do you write "excuses" for missed classes or employment? The University Health Center (UHC) does NOT write medical excuses. We will provide documentation as part of recommended treatment in very limited instances when staff deems it is necessary that a student needs to be out of classes.

Immunization Records

Immunization records must be returned to the University Health Center (UHC) prior to matriculation. Orientation is a great time to turn this in. You will not be able to register for the next semester's classes until your immunization compliance is verified.

University Health Center (UHC) is not an Emergency Department if you have a medical emergency call 911

You will be seen by a Provider who can prescribe your non-controlled medications.

The University Health Center is open from 8 a.m.-5 p.m Monday through Friday. If you are sick, hurt or have any health issue, call or stop by to make an appointment to see us.
