To access the report: Go to Reports | Patients tab and scroll down the list to find the Patient Master Report. Filter for Patients only, Policy Holders only or Responsible Parties only: Click the drop-down arrow next to the Marked As: box. Select from people that are check marked in Edit Person screen as a: Patient; Responsible Party; Policy Holder.
