How to sign up or complete your registration for the Patient Portal. At the top of the page you’ll see Patient Portal. Click on the Patient Portal Box; a new page will launch. If you have already signed up for a portal account, please log in. If you have NOT yet created an account, please scroll down and click on “Create a new account.”.
