Mar 07, 2014 · When I sign into the patient portal using my Microsoft Live ID, an app page pops up asking permission to allow access to my contact list. When I decline, an error message box comes up. It prevents acccess to the patient portal. The online support at my medical website indicates that this is a Microsoft issue. I should be able to decline access to my contacts list ….
