Vaccine Eligibility Requirements

As of Monday, May 13, 2021, everyone age 12 and older is now eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine in Texas. All vaccines are authorized for people age 18 and older. The Pfizer vaccine is the only vaccine authorized for people 12 and older.

Vaccine Card

You should get a vaccination card that tells you what COVID-19 vaccine you received, the date you received it, and where you received it. Keep your vaccination card in case you need it for future use. Consider taking a picture of your vaccination card as a backup copy.
