The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. As of September 1, 2020 Summit Medical Group has a new and improved patient portal. This portal will allow patients to request and view appointments, send messages or refill requests and view test results and billing online without having to schedule an appoint ment or wait on the phone. After September 1, Summit will no longer update patient records on the ‘FollowMyHealth’ portal, but patients can still access their pre-September 2020 personal medical history by visiting the Follow My Health website. SOMC participates in the Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP), which provides free basic medically necessary care to eligible patients. We also provide charity care to patients who are unable to pay through our SOMC Caring Program. SOMC can happily assist you in applying for these programs.
