If you are contacted about using telehealth with an LMPN provider, or if you call the office to ask about scheduling a telehealth visit, here's what you can expect as next steps:

What to do when you do not have a primary care provider

If you do not have a primary care provider, please report to the ER entrance at Logansport Memorial Hospital. Because Express Medical Center is closed at this time, patients who need same day, immediate care for minor illness or injury that is not respiratory-related should go to the ER entrance to be triaged by the Emergency Department.

Additional telehealth information

Telehealth will be an option for scheduled appointments only. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, arrangements can be made for a phone call visit, without the visual or video capability. If you have questions about using this telehealth option for your healthcare needs, please call your primary care provider's office.
