Our policy requires at least a 4 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The office needs advance notice for us to effectively utilize all available appointment opportunities for all patients. We do attempt to give reminder phone calls to all patients. If you did not receive a reminder, it means that we do not have accurate contact information for you. Please contact our office immediately to update your account. In the event you did not receive a reminder call, it does not relieve you of any responsibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
